Jane Harper grew up in the Cincinnati and now resides in Okeana, Ohio with her husband and two children. She works full-time as a church secretary. Jane has been studying art and painting under the direction of Mr. Steve Perucca for around six years. She paints mainly oil and likes to explore mixed media. Her goal for her paintings is to create a feeling or mood so that others can connect
with her paintings. To Jane, painting is an expression of herself as a person -- spiritually, mentally, and physically. She has painted many subjects including landscapes, Native American, Southwest, horses, people, flowers. Jane's work can be seen and ordered locally at the Venice Art Gallery in Ross, Ohio.
